Who we are

Riteway Paint & Panel is a panel and paint workshop based in Oamaru, North Otago. This policy covers the information we collect when you contact us or visit this website.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and carry out your repair:

• Your name, phone number and email when you call or email us
• Details about your vehicle and the work you want done
• Insurance and claim details when your job goes through an insurer

This website does not run a contact form. When you tap the email button, your message opens in your own email account and comes straight to us.

How we use it

We use your information to give you a quote, book and complete your repair, order parts, deal with your insurer where relevant, and keep in touch about your job. We do not sell your details or send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where it is needed to complete your job, for example with your insurer, an assessor, or a parts supplier. We do not pass your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We hold job and invoice records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet New Zealand tax and consumer law. You can ask us to remove your contact details at any time.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
